Do I need to provide my own website domain or hosting plan?

We can assist you in choosing the perfect domain/URL for your website, if you don't already have one. If you already have a domain that you want to use for your new website, we'll work with you to transfer it so we can handle it moving forward. The ongoing cost of renewing the domain registration is included in your monthly service, so there are no additional charges.

Who will host the website?

Hosting is the process of storing all of your website data, such as images and text, on a computer server so that your website can be accessed 24/7 by anyone who types in your website address. It is an essential function of every website and is included as part of your monthly service package.

Is SEO included?

Kind Of! Without optimization, a website is unlikely to be found by potential customers. We do our best to set up base key words when designing the page.

We do have an SEO package that's available where we optimize your Google Listing and do Off-Page SEO to help as well!

What forms of Payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment. Whichever method you choose, we'll automatically charge your card on the first of each month for the service.

How are website edits and updates taken care of?

We can edit anything you need along the way! We charge $25 an hour for updates. This can be to update pricing, pictures, and wording. Additional pages are also available if you want to grow your website.

How many pages are created on the website?

Our sites vary upon industry needs. A 1 page info site is great, we also have some that are 3-5 page sites as needed. Each template has a set number to it, we can go over the specific template when you inquire. Additional pages are available at $25

Absolutely. We would love to discuss your project. These can be added in the initial build or anywhere along the way!

Do we handle software & plug in updates?

Yes, we ensure your website's security by regularly monitoring it for malware and other threats, and we keep the underlying software that powers your website up to date. These security measures are included in your monthly service package.

How long will it take to build the website?

After we have received your photos, logo, menu, service agreement, and completed Online Info Form, we will have your new website designed, developed, and ready for your review and launch within 2 business days or less.

What do I need to get started?

To get started, we'll need the following from you

• Photos of your shop, location, products, or services. (we do have a large stock photo library, but it's always best to have a local photographer take pictures of your products for your website and social media)

• A digital copy of your logo

• Your Menu

• A signed copy of our monthly service agreement

• Any Copywriting you have prepared, we can assist with this as well.

• Completing our Online Information Form with details about your company We'll provide you with a checklist of the necessary items and be available to assist you with any questions throughout the process to make sure the launch of your website is as smooth as possible.
